Come back to yourself — through the body.
Yoga, guided meditation, somatic stress management, and breathwork facilitation that are accessible, grounding, and designed to help you feel genuinely present in your own life.
More than postures. A practice of presence.
Ally's approach to yoga and embodiment is informed by years of training in Hatha Yoga, somatic dance, trauma-informed dynamic mindfulness, and the science of breathwork. It is designed not just to build flexibility or physical strength, but to help you develop a genuine relationship with your own body as a source of wisdom and steadiness.
Sessions are accessible. Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for years, the emphasis is on your experience — not on achieving a particular form. Modifications are always offered. Nobody is left behind.
What the work includes.
Group Yoga Sessions
Inclusive, Hatha-based yoga classes designed for groups of all experience levels — from corporate teams to community organizations and retreat groups.
Guided Meditation
Accessible, non-religious meditation facilitation that meets participants where they are. Body-centered and grounding rather than abstract.
Somatic Stress Management
Trauma-informed practices that work directly with the nervous system to release stress from the body — not just reframe it in the mind.
Science of Breathwork
Evidence-based breathwork techniques rooted in the physiological science of the nervous system. Practical, learnable, and immediately useful.
Embodiment Sessions
One-on-one or group sessions integrating movement, breath, and somatic awareness to cultivate a deeper relationship with the body.
Nervous System Support
Sessions specifically designed around nervous system regulation — for individuals dealing with chronic stress, anxiety, or burnout.
Your body knows things your mind hasn't caught up to yet.
Somatic work — the practice of attending to the body's experience — is not alternative medicine or wellness trend. It is one of the most well-supported approaches to stress, trauma recovery, and genuine wellbeing available.
The body holds the record of our experiences. It also holds the capacity for restoration, regulation, and genuine calm. Yoga and somatic practices are the practices that access this capacity directly.
Whether you are dealing with chronic stress, navigating a difficult life chapter, or simply looking for a more grounded and embodied way to move through your days — this work has something real to offer.

"Thank you for a lovely yoga session. I've taken several yoga classes before but this was my first class with Ally. Her voice alone is so calming and relaxing. She began on time and led an amazing class. She did a great job accommodating the various ages and ability levels of our coworkers in our class. If she introduced a pose, she also suggested a modified version for anyone who needed it. The class ended right on time and I left feeling both relaxed and energized. I would definitely take her class again! Awesome instructor!"
"The Facilitator was kind and laid back. She led me to a most relaxed awareness."
